A curation by Vlad Merariu, Curator at Dance Artworks Gallery - The Vertical Breath reads the tree as a quiet architecture of life. Trunks rise like held posture. Branches open into pathways. Leaves register wind, season, shadow and light. Seen through a choreographer’s lens, the forest becomes a slow performance of time. Nothing is still. Growth, shade, density and light create a rhythm almost too subtle to notice. Across these works, nature appears as breath made visible: rooted, vertical, fragile and persistent. The collection invites the viewer to enter the forest as a living score, where silence has weight and every branch holds the trace of movement.
