A curation by Natalie Slater, Curator at Singulart - ‘Where the Stairs Lead’ gathers painters and digital artists tracing the architecture of passage — stairs, stairwells, and thresholds that hint at movement without resolution. Each composition plays with ascent and descent, light and shadow, direction and pause. Some stairways turn corners and disappear; others are bathed in still light, suspended in their own geometry. Figures appear and vanish, leaving only the suggestion of a next step — an invitation to follow, or to hesitate. Together, they form a meditation on transition — on the moments between rooms, between decisions, between knowing and not.
