The chandelier presents itself as a bell-shaped structure, a metallic architecture born from the poetic recycling of
common cutlery.
The radial arrangement of forks and spoons creates a hypnotic visual rhythm. The downward-pointing fork tips act as a metallic fringe, lending the object an almost Gothic elegance, yet reinterpreted with a modern twist.
The polished… surfaces of the cutlery act like curved mirrors, capturing and fragmenting the light from the central bulb. This creates a play of light and shade that casts geometric shadows on the surrounding walls, transforming the space into a dynamic art gallery.
Objects created for a practical purpose (eating) are decontextualized to take on an aesthetic and luminous function. It's a tribute to the conviviality of the table, elevated to a source of light.
