About this artwork
Bouquet incorporates a wooden bowl, a wooden trivet, a vintage wooden spool, a curtain rod holder, a potato masher, a fabric heart, a paint brush, four wooden kitchen implements, a vintage shoe stretcher, a single domino, a metal starburst-like sculpture, and the mechanism of a clock.
Bouquet stagnated for a few months when I reached a point where I was unhappy with it. It took off again when I removed about half of its components.
