Dk Derkomaï is a self-taught artist, heavily influenced by Montreal street art, primarily using water-based spray paint, watercolor, inks, and acrylics. She has been practicing outdoor graffiti since 2009, depicting large, stylized plants. In her studio, she works on canvases and delicate drawings, blending the soft gradients of spray paint with the serendipitous effects of water on different materials. Her work conveys the power and resilience of Nature. Constantly exploring its diverse forms and energies, Dk Derkomaï opens poetic windows onto escape and dreams, inviting contemplation and respect for all living things.
