About this artwork
I have captured my vision of chaos and harmony through vibrant acrylic colors, converging in an abstract style that invites reflection. This work is a dance between form and space, evoking deep emotions and thoughts. When you look at it, you will feel a lively energy that will fill any corner of your home with life.
« As the poet Vicente Huidobro would say, I paint like a madman so as not to go mad. »
Erich Birchmeier is an artist based in Chile whose paintings have been featured in both solo and group exhibitions nationally, as well as in the United States and Austria. He describes his artistic expression as being related to movement, gesture, geometric space, and transparencies. Birchmeier's multi-dimensional abstract compositions are created in series and gesturally painted using acrylics on canvas.
