In my work, I have intertwined elements of surrealism with pop art and the figure to explore the conflicts between the everyday and the unusual. The nocturnal urban environment comes alive with characters that seem to come straight out of our contemporary society, each immersed in their own world, projecting stories not only seen but lived. This art invites you to reflect on reality and our perception of it, bringing energy and a hint of mystery… to your space. Elaboration of the famous painting by Hopper reinterpreted in the present day (unfortunately...) Print signed and numbered by the artist on Hahnemühle handcrafted Fine Art paper.
The printing of the work is made to order.
Fabio Pasquali, born in Aosta in 1963, is a stylist artist who combines manual painting with digital technology. Through photo elaborations and material collages on old paintings, often covered with a veil of resin, he creates visual dialectics between classical elements and contemporary urban scenes. His works, full of irony, overturn the expectations of the viewer, building a dialogue between tradition and contemporaneity. www.fabiopasquali.com
