dieses bild - feeling16- möchte ich heute besonders hervorheben - denn meine langjährige galeristin hatte viel gefühl für mich und meine bilder. leider hat sie die welt im jahre 2019 -nach längerer krankheit - verlassen. wir sind ein ganzes stück gemeinsam gegangen - ein weg voll licht und hoffnung - sie war mir eine gefährtin geworden. sie sagte : die bilder sind auch deine kinder ...
da steckt etwas wahres dahinter, wenn man es richtig betrachtet,… man leidet, man fühlt, man strebt, man führt und manlässt sie einmal los.... und die bilder sind immer einzigartig... wenn man im leben jemanden trifft, welcher einem in seiner kunst unterstützt, beisteht, motiviert... dann kann man sich glücklich schätzen-
- unsere freundschaft war die malerei im besonderen, das hatte mit privaten dingen kaum etwas zu tun - das ist auch das besondere daran gewesen - diese emphatie dafür - manchmal wie etwas ausserirdisches - jetzt fehlt mir dieses feeling.....

Gerlinde Kosina is a committed Austrian painter whose works have featured in exhibitions and publications in Germany, Italy, Austria and the US. With oil painting as her preferred technique, she starts with chaotic stains and strokes that she then polishes with brushes, spatulas and her hands to arrive at a harmonious place. Her primary aim and theme is peace, brought to the forefront by her colours and compositions.
