The images in their essentiality show us how the planet is the essential pivot of the human condition. From it we take light, weight, life. a life faced with energy, determination, anger, joy, and even fear (or resignation), but still supported by the gravity of planet Earth. the rest is an immense space in which, if we shut off "that light", we would not even… know what to do. Orbits is the awareness that only on Earth "can we exist".

Gianluca Chiodi is an established Italian photographer with national exposure.
