About this artwork
In the series “Homework” I interpret the characteristics of different fruits by abstracting them through light and color and allowing them to become symbols.
The nightshade plant Andean berry, often just called Physalis (Physalis peruviana), wrapped in a lantern-like net, embodies the symbol of security, protection and comfort.
My work is printed directly on Aludibond 3mm and has a matte appearance - perfect for the effect of my work.
A frame… for hanging is mounted on the back of the picture.
