Somewhere I Feel Fresh is an ode to those serene, soul-cleansing moments in nature—when the air is crisp, the breeze gentle, and time seems to pause. This expressive landscape invites the viewer to a place of renewal, where lush greens roll across the canvas like soft hills under an overcast sky, and movement is suggested through sweeping, spontaneous brushwork.
The style blends Abstract Realism with gestural expressionism, using bold, layered brushstrokes… and a deliberately loose technique to evoke atmosphere over detail.

« My art comes from a positive and happy place, inspired by my fond memories of time spent in nature. »

I am a New York based artist, who until recently worked out of California, and my paintings are a mix of abstract and semi abstract portrayals, mainly of nature. My body of work primarily consists of semi loose, bright, lyrical landscapes with a fresh, modern rendering, of something familiar, and known, yet abstract enough for modern sensibilities. My work has been featured and sold for many years on Williams Sonoma Home, sold on curated collections on One Kings Lane, featured in magazines like Elle Décor, Popsugar.com, featured on Times Square Billboards, various online juried magazines like SD Voyager, Canvas Rebel, Still Point Gallery. I was able to exhibit and sell successfully at major Art Fairs like Hamptons Fine Art Fair, Art Market SF, Spectrum Miami, among others, and sold my artwork to various collectors both in the USA and internationally
