About this artwork
J’ai créé cette œuvre comme une exploration du cœur en tant que source de vie, de feu et de puissance. Sur un fond noir, caractéristique de ma série « Ombre et lumière », la matière semble émerger de l’ombre et se charger d’une énergie presque incandescente. La forme organique, à la fois solaire et florale, exprime une dualité entre puissance et fragilité. Elle suggère une présence en transformation, tandis que le cœur, mis à part, s'impose comme…
le centre vital, celui d’où tout jaillit. Dans ce contraste entre obscurité et lumière, je cherche à révéler une force intérieure, invisible mais essentielle, qui continue de brûler et de donner vie. À travers cette œuvre, j’explore l’idée que même dans l’ombre, quelque chose en nous reste vivant, puissant et lumineux.

Lioorems (Lionnel Kuassivi), formerly Lio Rhema, is a multidisciplinary contemporary artist whose practice primarily encompasses painting.
