In this painting, I explore the feeling of silence and distance at sea. Horizontal layers of color represent the calm rhythm of water and sky, while small sailboats emphasize scale and solitude.
I am interested in reducing the scene to its essential elements — color, line, and balance. The contrast between deep blues and the warm horizon creates a quiet tension, inviting the viewer to pause and reflect.
This work is part of my ongoing exploration… of minimalist seascapes, where simplicity allows emotion and atmosphere to emerge naturally.
