About this artwork
The providence 🧿
Oil and gold leaf on canvas, 100x100cm
The painting “The Providence” explores the harmony between geometric and organic shapes on a deep blue background. The central golden circle symbolizes the sun, this cosmic force essential to life on Earth. Its imposing size in the painting reflects the power of its radiation and reminds us that the sun is approximately 110 times larger than our planet.
The golden lines of printed circuit boards… evoke invisible connections that unite the universe, like the elements of a cosmic web. The flowing red and blue shapes around the circle suggest energy flows or life forces. This work, which mixes mysticism and modernity, thus suggests the existence of a superior force which orchestrates and governs the balance of all things. It also reminds us that, in the face of these forces of nature, humans are confronted with realities that are beyond them.
« I paint printed circuits that reconnect the technological man to nature and its roots. »
Natacha Ivaldi is a French artist whose work has been exhibited nationally and in Germany. Her art, deeply influenced by the aesthetics of printed circuits, explores philosophical, metaphysical and sociological themes, creating bridges between nature and technology. Her paintings are a vibrant homage to her father and ancestors, weaving intimate links between the golden lines of her compositions, sometimes evoking tree roots, sometimes neural connections, or the galactic networks of the universe. These lines, similar to electronic wires, symbolize the conductive energy that fuels the technological expansion of our time, while honoring the human and natural connections that underpin this evolution.
