Everything flows. In the eternal stream.
We are only a small part of it – even if it seems otherwise to us.
Many things happen simultaneously in all areas of existence.
Other things, however, are only meant for some.
Our influence in this structure is limited.
The love for the sea, for living beings, for humans and their… movements in a wide variety of bodies.
Urban, nature, and spirit.
Patrick Reischel's works describe a multifaceted journey – characterized by experimentation, imagination, and an intensive exploration of diverse thematic worlds. He combines realistic, figurative, and surreal elements with abstracted forms, uses bold, vibrant colors and spray paint as accents, and mixes synthetic and natural materials.
Humans, animals, plants, architecture, urban, original, artificial, socio-cultural elements merge into vibrant, collage-like networks. Drawing and painting are essential in the oeuvre – they form the primordial current and are in a lively dialogue. The works are intensively composed in advance. “Random” gaps in relationships then link everything together to form an independent structure. He wants to touch viewers and inspire them to embark on an individual, emotional journey full of impulses and discoveries.
