About this artwork

Each artwork is created under the direct supervision of the artist. A certificate of authenticity, personally signed and issued by the artist, will be sent directly from the artist to the buyer.
Paul Émile Rioux, a Montreal-based artist and photographer with a hybrid background (film, communication, marketing, and image), has been exploring digital creation and photography since the 1990s. He works between abstraction and figuration, constructing virtual landscapes that he models in 3D, intentionally incorporating algorithmic anomalies. His light dilates time and blurs perception, immersing the viewer in fascinating transitional spaces between reality and fiction. He seeks to evoke cognitive vertigo and wonder, inviting everyone to question their perception of the world and their personal memories of places.
