The Space Cities, are located in the imaginary and they are timeless, here the robotic takes shape as the evolution of a stylized zoomorphic figure (like the gorilla, the elephant, the duck, the jellyfish, the giraffe and the seahorse) and in this dialogue it gives color to the project. An expressive minimal language, in a retro-futuristic style realized through the research of other mind spaces and a new articulated, structured graphic, but, that… it's very clear and immediate for me. The focus is, again, to the minimal and conceptual aspect, where the two-dimension shapes and colors enable an incisive and full of tensions composition.
The project includes 6 artworks with white frame, from year 2012 to 2024.
Roberto Cami, a Ligurian artist with a background in architecture, uses photography, digital photographic art, and digital drawing to explore the relationship between humans, nature, and urban space. His technique oscillates between evocative impressionism in photography and formal minimalism in digital drawing, characterized by clear lines and refined spatial management. His works convey a powerful sense of introspection, inviting reflection on memory, solitude, and the search for meaning in everyday experience, offering poetic and profound insights for an authentic encounter with oneself.
