About this artwork
In The Journey recognizable elements coexist - fish, trees, flowers, hands - and more
abstract, which refer to the archetype of birth and evolution. The fish, often
symbol of transformation and primordial life, appears in dialogue with the tree, rooted but
reaching upwards: two poles of the same life cycle.
The roots, which intertwine like veins or neurons, can be read as a metaphor of
memory, of the link between what we are and what we are… becoming.

My name is Roberto Costantini, aka Roby.ni. Since 2014, I've been transforming the invisible into matter. My journey as a self-taught artist is guided by a unique perspective: I'm colorblind. This condition isn't a limitation, but rather my strength: it frees me from aesthetic canons to make room for a pure, unconventional chromatic instinct.
My motto is "I color my emotions." My painting is never planned, but is born from profound connections with the divine: moments of inspiration in which I become a channel for a higher energy. Each of my works is a fragment of the soul, a bridge between the everyday and the sacred.
With approximately 63 works under my belt and several solo exhibitions, I bring my inner vision to the homes of those seeking vibrant and authentic art. I don't paint what I see, but what I feel. Welcome to my world, where color is the voice of the spirit.
