About this artwork
A unique, ready-to-hang piece that requires no frame. There is only ONE signed copy of each of the various numbered motifs in this series of digital artworks as aluminum Dibond prints on metal under acrylic glass. The artist created a total of 33 motifs by digitally reworking his oil painting of the same name. All motifs showcase spectacular colors and shapes.
Due to the high production costs of €350 for the aluminum Dibond, the image shown here… will be produced upon request within two weeks. Two additional images from the series are shown in the additional images. Technical details: Composite product made of 3 mm aluminum Dibond Thyssen Krupp and 3 mm acrylic glass. Total material thickness 7 mm. With aluminum hanging system. Titled and signed on the back.

Volker Mayr is a German painter who initially started with figurative works under the influence of his grandfather, who was himself a painter. Today, his abstract oil paintings with pasty paint application on white primed canvas inspire his collectors. His compositions have a strong luminosity, which can be rediscovered again and again depending on the lighting situation. Similar to a composer with music, he arranges the colors on the canvas to create a harmonious overall concept.
