« I believe we all possess a creative self and that if we can allow that creativity to flourish, the world will be a better place! »
Aaron Laux is a prize-winning American painter and sculptor who believes that art is a universal human expression that is essential in order to thrive. Through the connection to the natural world, he seeks to represent beauty amidst chaos with a sense of underlining hope. Laux primarily works with wood that he salvages from fallen trees, often combining other materials such as glass, stone and other objects. Both functional and ornamental, his pieces have a natural and organic aesthetic.
