« The idea is above all. Works of art have to make people feel and think. Style and medium can change. They are languages that help artists to reach their audience. »
Alexander Valchev is a painter, photographer, and sculptor based in Bulgaria whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Italy, Germany, and Belgium. He characterizes his artistic practice as the fusion of visual and conceptual exploration. Valchev's diverse compositions delve into the abstract while also conveying metaphorical commentary on current world events.
