Alis Maloyan is a painter, printmaker, and visual artist from Yerevan, Armenia, specializing in colored pencil drawings that bridge the classical tradition with contemporary illustration. Her distinctive style, which she calls philosophical surrealism, filters myth, memory, and inner realities through mysticism, fine detail, and miniature forms such as Tarot cards and matryoshkas. Her art evokes a sense of introspective wonder, inviting viewers to journey inward and experience the shifting complexities of self-discovery and imaginative realms.
