« I paint ideas and visions from my mind in which the poetry of the real is distanced, evoked in a suggestive and underlying way. »
Vidal is a French painter who has long participated in international exhibitions - most notably in Morocco. His expert, classically-trained artistic work jumps from figurative portraits to conceptual photography to abstract acrylic painting. Each piece encourages the viewer to interpret it as they see and feel, free in their personal imagination.
