« I have an intense desire to recreate the spirit of nature, to reflect its incredible intricacy and beauty. I want to bring nature to life on my canvas. »
Colette Baumback is an artist based in the United Kingdom whose works have been exhibited nationally. Her art is a reflection of her fascination with the natural elements in our surroundings. Baumback is inspired by the richness of color and texture inherent in nature and landscapes. She creates with acrylics on canvas or paper, using a palette knife to build texture and give a three-dimensional effect to her pieces.
