This is an original landscape painting acrylic on large canvas size: 60x80x2 cms, created with a palette knife. Another of Colette's paintings inspired by the River Stour with its fabulous weeping willows, its a place of calm and stillness and she has reflected this in the painting.
Her paintings are created by applying many layers of paint with a palette knife which give the artwork texture and detail. The painting is signed on the front sold unframed… and ready to hang (the sides of the canvas are painted in similar colour) there is no need to frame.
