Daniele Mazzoleni (Milan, 1970) is an Italian artist whose work combines personal memory, visual culture, and material experimentation. Growing up in Milan in the 1980s and 1990s, he developed a precocious affinity for painting. After studying architecture and a stint in business, he returned to art in 2004, embarking on a journey of research into materials and surfaces, including paint and resin.
Founder of the Neroacciaio brand, he is experiencing a period of fusion between art, design, and craftsmanship, while maintaining the focus on manual processes. Over time, his poetics evolve towards a more essential and contemplative language.
His most recent works, including “Tra la Perduta Gente” (2023) and “Quello che mi piace” (2025), define his current path, which he identifies with the concept of Human Pop.
