David Gista is a talented French painter who divides his time between France and the US, and has exhibited his work in both countries. He harnesses his long-held wry sense of humour and amused outlook to represent absurdities and paradoxes of modern life in a playful manner. Each of his paintings capture imagination, intrigue and irreverence, and achieve an overall distinctive artistic aesthetic.
