About this artwork
In this work I explored the tension between light and shadow, the harmony of bright colors against deep black. I use acrylic to capture raw energy, pure emotion. It is a painting where expressionism meets abstraction, inviting personal reflection. It will bring dynamism and thought to your space.

France
« I have an innate ability for highlighting paradoxes and absurdities. I also have a pronounced taste for laughter and irreverence. »
David Gista is a talented French painter who divides his time between France and the US, and has exhibited his work in both countries. He harnesses his long-held wry sense of humour and amused outlook to represent absurdities and paradoxes of modern life in a playful manner. Each of his paintings capture imagination, intrigue and irreverence, and achieve an overall distinctive artistic aesthetic.
