I paint out of necessity, not for decoration.
My works are born from an urgency, not from an idea.
The faces that emerge are not portraits, but presences: something that surfaces and cannot be defined.
I work mainly with acrylic on canvas, following an intuitive process in which gesture, color and emotion guide the construction of the image.
I don't seek balance. I seek truth, even when it's disturbing.
I look for images that can be felt before they are understood, like a scream in the silence.
