Eka Orba

Eka Orba is a contemporary artist based in Germany whose work explores the unstable space between organic growth, constructed systems, and contemporary image culture. Working across painting, drawing, objects, and spatial installation, she develops biomorphic abstractions that move between intuition and control, material presence and imagined form.
Originally trained in fine arts in Russia and later awarded a diploma in architecture in Germany, Orba brings together artistic sensibility and spatial thinking in a distinctive hybrid visual language.
Alongside her artistic practice, she works as an educator, offering art courses and workshops in both online and offline formats. She is an active part of the contemporary art scene as a member of BBK Brandenburg and GEDOK. Her work has been presented in institutional and museum contexts, and she has received grant support for her artistic practice.
