Elisabetta Zini

Elisabetta Zini is an Italian artist who explores the theme of authentic identity through a material, symbolic, and performative language. Her research stems from the intersection of her experience in caring for others and her artistic practice, reinterpreting principles of Eastern arts such as Kintsugi, Suminagashi, and cymatics.

Each work takes shape from an irreversible gesture: the support is deliberately broken and then reassembled. The fracture does not represent a loss, but rather the possibility of rediscovering what remains when roles, expectations, and definitions fall away.

Through cracks, gold, vibrations, matter, and iconic figures, Elisabetta Zini creates works that invite the observer to question an essential issue: who are we, really?

His research does not aim to offer answers, but to create a space for reflection in which everyone can recognize their most authentic self.
