Goretti Chavira

Goretti Chavira, originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, has developed a unique pictorial language that blends expressionism, fauvism, and surrealism. Her vibrant and symbolic work portrays women and mystical beings, fusing elements of Mexican culture with a dreamlike imagery that evokes magical realism and inner exploration.

Throughout her career, Chavira has presented group and solo exhibitions in Mexico and Germany, solidifying her presence on the international art scene. Today, she resides in Germany, where, in addition to continuing her artistic practice, she works as an art teacher, passing on her knowledge and passion to new generations and reaffirming her commitment to creativity and cultural development.
