« I'm interested in storytelling, exploring the self, creative and therapeutic expression and emotional landscapes - both real and imagined. »
It was whilst accompanying a friend to a ceramics class in her mid-forties that Jill Carter discovered her creative talent. A first-class honours degree and fully-funded MFA soon followed, and she now exhibits her surrealist, mixed-media portraits across the UK.
