« When I create art I feel a connection to something profound that opens up a conduit where the artwork flows through me as if I were channeling it. »
Joni Gruber is an award-winning artist based in the United States whose paintings have been exhibited both nationally and in Ireland. Having always been concerned about environmental issues and the conservation of our planet, abstractions of landscapes, the ocean, and other elements of nature are the predominant themes in her works. However, Gruber is equally as fascinated by music, science, and science fiction. She creates using beeswax, pigments, and resin on wooden panels.
