Josie Ryan is an Irish wildlife painter based in Brussels. She studied Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts, specialising in oil painting and copper etching. Her background in veterinary medicine and wildlife conservation in South Africa shapes her close attention to accuracy, respect, and lived experience in her subjects.
