At the heart of his work lies the exploration of the tension between nature, humanity, and artificial intelligence. Drawing on influences from street art, pop culture, and subculture, he creates multifaceted visual worlds in which robots, hybrid beings, and figures like Kong or Godzilla become metaphors for a new, human-made nature. His works examine how technological developments are changing our perception, identity, and relationship to the environment.
In addition to large-format paintings, Kelm creates objects and participatory performances in which the relationship between humans and machines becomes directly tangible. His works have been shown in solo and group exhibitions in Germany and internationally, including in New York.
