« It is all about leaving a trace on the earth. »
Alain Manton is a nationally distinguished french sculptor. With his astonishing sculptures, made of recycled materials and applied silver and gold leaves, he illustrated the beauty of female bust. The idea for this project derived from taking a cast of his wife's torso, who underwent cancer. His sculptures evoque antique and rough aspects, while preserving the bodies beauty.
