This image came from a very specific kind of light - the moment when the room turns golden and everything slows down. It’s domestic, intimate, and unapologetically quiet. Nothing dramatic is happening, and that’s exactly the point.
The citrus, the worn furniture, the soft fabric slipping from the body - they anchor the scene in something real and lived-in. I wasn’t interested in idealizing the figure or the space. I wanted ease. A moment where nothing… is performed, where the body simply exists within its surroundings.
