About this artwork
This image is about being held - physically, emotionally, spiritually. Each figure gives and receives weight. The wings, the light, the architecture - they’re secondary to the connection between bodies.
I let the scene build from instinct. The space felt like a cathedral, but I didn’t want anything too sacred or distant. It had to feel lived in - aching, reaching. Even in a room of grandeur, it’s the quiet gestures that stay with you.
This work… softens a space. It pairs well with calm interiors - bedrooms, studios, corners for pause. It’s dramatic, but not loud.
