Everyone plays roles sometimes. This bring us joy of being someone or something else. It gives us freedom to look at the things from different perspective, to be seen in different light, to leave daily routines.
What was going to be if we rely were someone else?
The series "E-Net Stories" is a narrative one. All the drawings in it are based on photographs from internet. The inspiration for the artist is the story of the unknown person. Seeing just… some photos, artist is starting to imagine how this person`s life could look like. In each drawing Alexander combines figures with some abstract elements in compositions where the viewer is invited to create his own imaginary narration.
All the drawings are made with pencil and acrylic on paper, mounted in a white frame.
