About this artwork
In this painting I captured the fleeting moments of everyday life and depicted them in vibrant, expressive colors and dynamic strokes. This work reflects the intense emotions and the beauty of simplicity. Using acrylic paints I created an atmosphere that is both calming and stimulating, ideal for adding a warm and welcoming energy to any space.
« I am an art teacher by profession, which is why color is life for me, because a world without colors seems dead. »
Alexander Wotschel is a Ukrainian-German, multidisciplinary artist and art teacher born in Krasnoturinsk, who lives in Germany and has exhibited his work in various countries. His artistic style and expression are diverse and conveyed through abstract still lifes and portraits. Through Expressionism, Wotschel works creatively with color, then establishes a foundation for creating a composition. His bold works are translated into acrylics, oils, collage, and pastels on canvas or paper.
