About this artwork
Like breath on glass or fog on a morning lake, Soul K lingers in the spaces between touch and distance. This painting is a reverie — textured, translucent, suspended. Created during a period of emotional retreat, it mirrors the desire to hold something tender without breaking it. Pale hues bloom from the background, diffusing light like soft thoughts drifting to the surface. There’s no need to explain Soul K — it understands without asking. A gentle… refuge for those drawn to softness, nuance, and emotional resonance.
My journey as an artist began over 10 years ago with studying architecture — lots of sketching, painting, and drawing. Later, I started creating just for myself, and that’s when the idea of balance became central to my work. Nature, with its textures and details, became a major inspiration. Looking closely at a tree, I see a whole universe in its structure — rooted, grounded, yet able to withstand storms. This reflection led me to believe that we, too, must find balance within: emotions, thoughts, and meaning. In a fast-moving world, we need to pause and reconnect with that inner balance. This idea gave birth to the two main directions in my art.
