About this artwork
As a child, I wandered through the forest with my brother and my grandparents, who were botanists. We learned to gather and press flowers, and afterwards we would look them up in their heavy botanical books. My works with folded flowers are rooted in those moments - born from the quiet magic of discovering, preserving, and studying nature one delicate petal at a time.
