About this artwork
In this work, I was interested in exploring the unique presence of a flower, focusing on its apparent simplicity and, at the same time, its structural complexity. From a dark background, its forms begin to reveal themselves; the pistils emerge as vital signs, tracing a restrained choreography of presence and desire. I am drawn to this tension between what is revealed and what remains in shadow, between what unfolds and what is withheld.
