About this artwork
In Venus, I explore the tension between matter and myth. Inspired both by the planet and the goddess, this work reflects erosion, density and silent strength. I built the surface through layered texture paste, mineral pigments and metallic powders, allowing the material to crack, oxidize and settle naturally. The palette moves between earth, stone and muted green tones, evoking something ancient and elemental. Sealed with matte varnish, the piece…
