In this piece, I wanted to capture the deep wisdom and rugged history etched into the features of an elderly man. Through the strokes of pencil, charcoal, and graphite, I explored the visceral emotions and raw humanity that life imprints on us over time. Each line and shade in this drawing isn’t just about forming a figure, but about telling a story, conveying a sense of resilience, introspection, and dignity that comes with age.
The work will not… only decorate any space, but also bring a special mood to it, causing the viewers to want to stop, take a break from the daily hustle and bustle and think about time, about eternal values that leave their marks on people's faces and souls. Through art, I hope to remind you that behind every face there is a unique story, full of its joys and sorrows, which makes each of us unique.
