Andrada Anghel is a Canadian painter, textile artist and sculptor who has exhibited nationally as well as in Italy. Her works explore the dualities between abstract and figurative; textures of mixed media and fine lines of drawing; and reality and fiction. Anghel feels that the materials used in artworks have the ability to convey a story. Most of her compositions have thick textures and reliefs which give dimension through varying mediums.
