About this artwork
Die Templer waren nie verschwunden, nur in Frankreich wurden sie 1307 verboten und verfolgt. Sie tauchten in Schottland und England wieder auf und machten die Innenstadt von London zu "ihrer" Stadt: "Temple Bar" genannt, heute überwiegend der Finanzdistrikt. Deswegen ist es keine Überraschung, wenn die Templer überall sichtbar sind. Sie waren dafür bekannt, zu zweit auf einem Pferd zu sitzen. Diese Skulptur im Finanzdistrikt, wunderschön eingerahmt…
von alten Bäumen und im Gegenlicht von der Sonne erhellt, zeigt dies sehr schön.

Andreas Bromba, a photographer since the age of 16, uses both analogue techniques and digital processes in his work. He likes to spin his creations in series, sometimes using a minimalist aesthetic, other times with echoes of Yves Klein's striking blue. Andreas Bromba's photos are sharp, but with a certain tenderness, and explore the inscrutability of life, our everyday struggles and the connection between humanity.
