This piece is a reflective glimpse at the fantasy and imagination of the pre-teen kid.
Many kids (post toddler - pre-teen) who are fortunate to live without hunger, w/safe drinking water, free of physical abuse (including war) and able to attend school, fall asleep with thoughts days to come and far away places. Far away places that might include a room window that allows gazing at Earth’s distant Moon. The ultimate gaze is the kid’s Full Moon.

Exciting US painter Andy Hollimon has never taken an art class in his life. It was after military service and a business career, that Hollimon discovered his natural gift for painting. Working mainly with oil paints, Hollimon is a realist painter, but admits to approaching realism with 'on canvas twists'. Such twists include surprising color schemes, moments of abstraction, and perspective shifts. Hollimon's paintings are luminous, mysterious, and joyful. Full of revelations, they invoke delight and invite contemplation.
