About this artwork
This work exists on the border between destruction and new beginnings. From a multitude of industrial fragments – chains, metal, circles, and textured surfaces – a composition emerges that defies any clear order and, precisely because of this, develops an intense tension.
An explosion seems to be taking place at the center. But it doesn't just destroy—it unleashes memories. The individual objects appear as relics of past functions, stripped of… their original purpose and now entering a new, artistic context. What was once tool or material is transformed into carriers of history and emotion.
"Explosion of Memory" invites reflection on the traces of time. It tells of change, of fragmentation, and of reunification. From fragments, something new emerges—not as a reconstruction of the past, but as an independent reality.
